Description
The Change Manager must ensure that measurements related to changes are captured and reviewed on periodic basis. This enables the Change Manager to understand the performance of Change Management process over the period of the engagement. Based on the data analyzed, the Change Manager must identify areas of improvements within the Change Management process. Different types of measurements for Change Management that need to be captured, reporting frequency, the stake holders to whom the report needs to be sent, etc. must be agreed and documented in the Change Management Procedure.
